Aoife Slattery - Mug

Each mug combines function and contemporary design making them a playful addition to the home. 

Aoife uses an unusual printing process to create her bold bespoke designs. Using coloured slips her energetic surfaces are applied to a plaster slab using paint brushes, then clay is poured on top. The mugs are then decorated in coloured glazes.

Function and playfulness is at the centre of Aoifes work, each piece carefully considered, unique and made in small batches ensuring quality.
