Sybil Connolly Print "Belted Dress"

Sybil Connolly was a Dublin-based fashion designer who was known for creating fashion from Irish textiles, including finely pleated linen, wools such as Báinín, Limerick and Carrickmacross lace, and later for her work with brands such as Tiffany & Co. Her fashion label's clients included Jacqueline Kennedy.
These beautiful limited edition prints are from her sketchbook and have been printed on fine quality paper. This particular sketch shows a two piece suit (skirt and top). The skirt is belted, knee-length and is a seamed bias cut. The top has long set-in sleeves with a soft turtle collar. Two smaller sketches show alternative necklines. One has a tie collar, the other a round collarless neckline.

The dimensions of the print are as follows :- Length 45cms and Width 33cms.
