Tulip Ceramic Vase

The tulip vase is a popular Delft Blue gift. The flowers open beautifully through the separate openings and the vase is a real showpiece. Traditionally, the vase not only serves to use flowers or tulips, but also as a decor piece. In the 17th century, when the tulip was very exclusive and expensive, people with the tulip vase showed that they were prosperous. It was therefore known as a status symbol.
